TMC CCP30 is a high performance material which is developed for applications where an extreme wear resistant and low friction counter material is needed to run against for instance TMC S25 or others. TMC CCP30 will extend your Mean Time Between Repairs (MTBR) of your bearing applications. It is mostly developed for seawater applications involving large amounts of sand during dredging operations. It can also be used in other extreme wear applications in other industries. TMC CCP30 is delivered as a molecular layer on for instance stainless steel, Duplex, Super Duplex or Hasteloy sleeves or holders.
